The Surf Hotel $1,000.00 value gift card must be used by the end of 2025 and is subject to hotel availability. The Surf Hotel gift card giveaway is open to Collegiate Peaks Bank customers and non-customers who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who visit a branch in person. No purchase or payment is required to enter. Collegiate Peaks Bank has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. The contest is not open to Collegiate Peaks Bank employees or their immediate family members. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of entries Collegiate Peaks Bank receives. You are allowed one (1) entry. The campaign is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The campaign begins at 8 AM MST on December 9, 2024 and ends at close of business on December 13, 2024 (“Campaign Period”). All entries must be received by close of business on December 13, 2024. Collegiate Peaks Bank reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion. One randomly selected entry will be drawn December 16, 2024, and the winner will be notified by December 20, 2024. Prize must be claimed by January 6, 2025.
